This is a website mainly for gamblers & risk takers......but before you jump to any conclusion, let me just say that I DO NOT encourage gambling! In fact I would discourage gamblers who have been losing money to continue doing the same kind of action. Why? Because logically you're just going to lose even more!
The interesting thing to note here is that when people lose, they don't think logically, instead they think emotionally. The Proof: Logic will tell you to stop but because we are all creatures of emotion, sometimes we become illogical & abuse our own free will. Therefore we suffer more in the end......
It is very common to observe when people go through a bad period of losing, they temporarily lose their sense of awareness in rational thinking. It is a form of subtle incapacitation - they don't even realise that they are entering a dangerous territory. At that moment in time if they have 10 million dollars & their bank is just next door, they may make that silly decision to withdraw everything & continue gambling just to make back their previous losses.
Now let's study the mind of a gambler. Typically when they lose they will go into an imaginary mode of luck hunting. This happens frequently to majority of the players. Nobody is foolish enough to continue losing UNLESS they strongly believe that luck is just around the corner. Again the motivation to win due to luck is reinforced by no other than our own emotion!
So is there such a thing as luck which is real? Yes, but luck comes in clusters, that is - it builds up and then fades away. For those who lack the understanding on luck they will say that luck is purely a random event. But the truth is it moves in cycles. Sometimes the luck magnitude is big & the length is long, while at other times it could be small and with a shorter period. We also have to note the polarity of luck: Is it positive or negative? It's quite common in our daily english conversation to use the term 'good luck' as well as 'bad luck'.
You may have experienced a period when everything goes smoothly....and then there are days when EVERYTHING will go wrong no matter what you do. This shows that there are certain forces out there which are beyond our control. Like it or not, nobody can break free of these cycles which are unique to each individual. Does this mean that we have no control over our lives? Of course not. Although we cannot manipulate the cycle, we can manage our risk accordingly.
When things are not looking good ahead of us, we try to reduce our risk. For example if it starts to rain heavily & the road becomes slippery, you might want to drive slower. You still have the choice of not to but the risk of accident increases at high speed. On the other hand if everything goes well, you do not waste a good opportunity. You take action or else it will be wasted. You try to make the most out of the situation for maximum gain. In the end it's all about risk management, and one of the important component is TIMING because it's related to LUCK.
Very successful people in their own field know intuitively how to identify their best timing to take risk. Unfortunately it's not easy to train everybody to develop intuition as it requires a lot of positive experiential feedback. In such a training, being impatient (which is a common characteristic of an amateur gambler) causes them to give up too quickly.
It is my wish see more people having the ability to identify their own favourable timing to execute important high risk ventures, new business startups and investments. An easy tool to learn is my timing formula which is based on the numerology studies using your date of birth. It is one of the many tools out there which you can apply to improve your odds against the world.
I offer everything that I know here for FREE. I have absolutely nothing to sell & I don't want your money! So you may be wondering why am I doing this? Well, I have a personal mission to help others. I'm aware that there are plenty of gamblers who need help at all stage of their gambling experience. Unfortunately the kind of help that is currently available through the gambling-addict chat lines are only useful to compulsive gamblers who have gone beyond their extreme level of playing.
For Addicted Gamblers
To these gamblers, I really feel sorry for them because they could be in
debt & may have a broken family. It is almost impossible to make back all
their years of gambling losses. They have no choice but to start a new life from
the beginning. Counseling therapy would be the best since these people have lost
everything: their self-esteem, jobs, family & friends. They will wake up to
reality & know that they should not gamble ever again because it's
impossible to win.....
Alternatively I have also set up a web page to help compulsive gamblers deal with the root of the issue & the self-treatment is free of charge. Click HERE to learn more.
For Casual Gamblers
These are the group of gamblers that I'm interested to help most before any
of them become addicted. Some people have viewed my gambling discussions as
being negative, you must first appreciate the psychology of a gambler.
You will find that the worst thing that you can possibly do to a gambler
is to tell him to stop gambling. It's the same as telling a smoker to stop
smoking. Or tell a drinker to stop drinking. Does it work? Obviously not!
Although your intention is good, such an action is deemed confrontational because they see it as an attack against what they feel it's their own right to do whatever they want. You will increase the strain in your relationship with that person. What you may not realise is that you are actually creating an additional problem to an existing one. So I would usually avoid this option, even though it seems to be the most popular one among many.
What has been discovered over the many years of
my own research in this field is that:
- Gamblers hate people telling them to stop
gambling
- Gamblers are willing to negotiate with
your terms and conditions provided that you
allow them to continue gambling
In other words, they will open up & listen to you as long as you show your support towards them. Avoid saying anything that will offend them even if you had meant well.
My Primary Aim
So I would encourage the person to continue gambling provided he does so
only during his own favorable timing. He is taught to gamble moderately coupled
with the use of my numerology timing formula. What will happen then is he has
less gambling opportunities due to his own limited favorable timing schedules.
So what we can initially expect is his losses will be cut down quite significantly. If he
then decides to stop playing through my teachings then I have absolutely no problem
with
this.
To reduce the frequency of gambling is very easy whereas to stop gambling immediately is quite an impossible task unless something disastrous has taken place.
My Secondary Aim
Suppose some of these gamblers are able to control their gambling by playing
according to their lucky timing, then there is hope that they will be able to
win more often than before. I must stress to you that this is my secondary aim
& not everybody will be able to achieve it easily because we must first of
all overcome our greed & the other related human weaknesses. But all these
including the general subject of luck & gambling can be reviewed inside my
discussion forum:
Although most of my discussions are based on the casino game of roulette, the numerology formula is applicable to be used in any kind of gambling activities. Some will work better than the other depending on whether it is an internal game or an external game. All these definitions can be found in my ebook Timing & Luck which can you download from the FILES section of the forum. You should digest the entire content of the e-book in order to master the timing formula.
While the public can review all the previous message postings in the forum, you need to be a member to be able to access the FILES download and other sections. Registration is free & you will get instant approval and full access. Once this is done, you can start posting any relevant information or ask questions about luck & gambling.
